Q: Do I need to be hypermobile to benefit from your 8-week program?
A: No. Even if you are not hypermobile, you may still need to re-educate the muscles that support your joints and posture. In the course we remind your muscles how to work properly, ease pain in the body, and improve overall strength & body mechanics.

Even the most athletic individuals can overcompensate due to inconsistencies in the body, and without realizing it, injury can occur. Proper training takes your fitness to the next level.

Q: I have HSD or hEDs, Is this program for me?
A: Yes, I have designed this program specifically for you.
HSD (Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders) and

hEDS has more systemic manifestations and consulting with your doctor for theses other issues is highly recommended.

Q: How do I gain access to the Hypermobility program? How does it work?
A: Once you sign up and are processed, you will have access to the entire course. The course is laid out to be completed in 8 weeks. There are 8-one week modules. If you are completing the course with live coaching, we will go over the coursework and workouts together live in our weekly session.

Q: How long are the workouts/lessons in the 8-week program?
A: The individual videos are 5 min up to 30 min in length. The time it takes to complete the total week's lesson is clearly marked (54-90-min) as well as each individual video. For optimal results, it is recommended you reserve time in your schedule to complete the weekly lesson twice.
