Introduction: I'm Lisa Andrews, performance coach, movement specialist and Founder of Built 4 Movement. I help driven people like you train with intention, move with integrity and build strength that supports a powerful life - now and for the long haul.

Certifications and Expertise: Lisa is certified by renowned organizations, including ACSM, STOTT and CHEK, with specialized training in hypermobility, corrective exercise, and postural alignment. Her background allows her to develop targeted programs that address joint stability, strength, sports performance, and overall functional movement.

A Message from Lisa: My goal is to inspire you to take charge of your health and fitness by mastering your body’s movement and achieve results. After experiencing nervous system trauma with my TBI, and rebuilding my own foundation from the ground up, I understand the discipline and clarity it takes to restore strength, dial in your mindset, unlock performance, and move pain free.
