Introduction: I'm Lisa Andrews, performance coach, movement specialist and Founder of Built 4 Movement. I help driven people like you train with intention, move with integrity and build strength that supports a powerful life - now and for the long haul.
Certifications and Expertise: Lisa is certified by renowned organizations, including ACSM, STOTT and CHEK, with specialized training in hypermobility, corrective exercise, and postural alignment.
