Meet Lisa – Your Guide to Pain-Free, Confident Movement
Introduction: I'm Lisa Andrews, performance coach, movement specialist and Founder of Built 4 Movement. I help driven people train with intention, move with integrity and build strength that supports a powerful life , now and for the long haul.
Certifications and Expertise: Lisa is certified by renowned organizations, including ACSM, STOTT and CHEK, with specialized training in corrective exercise, and postural alignment. My background allows me to design programs that build joint stability, balanced strength, and functional movement for real world performance.
My Story: I've spent my life studying how the body moves through sport, training and decades of coaching. Rebuilding after my traumatic brain injury forced me to stop and rebuild from the ground up. That experience helped me refine what had always been there: six principles that bring together awareness, breath, alignment, strength and resilience to create lasting power and control. The result is a method grounded in science, shaped by experience and proven in real bodies every day.
