Group Fitness classes are a great way to get introduced to the foundational elements of the Built 4 Movement system. The classes are designed to work for everyone, at your own pace, regardless of age, gender, limitations, or fitness level.

Power & Strength
A complete athletic workout that strengthens, conditions, and defines muscle like nothing else can. A non-stop strength training workout that will definitely get your heart pumping. Prepare to rev your metabolism as you strengthen your muscles!

Mondays, 6-7 pm
Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30am

Core Challenge
A class designed to strengthen your core, and rebalance the muscles around your joints. Most exercises are conducted on the floor, with mats; the focus is on movement with breath. You will progress into increasingly challenging exercises in order to build flexibility, strength, and endurance. You will feel stronger and more energized. You will tone the muscles that will help prevent injury in sports and daily activities.
