Our personal training program empowers you to take your fitness to the next level so you can realize peak performance in sports and life activities. Learn how to move pain-free, get stronger, and excel in (or return to) the activities you love. As we do this, we improve your posture and mindset along the way.

How does it work?

We’ll start with two 60-minute sessions. In these sessions, we establish goals specific to your needs and preferences based on the information we gather (detailed exercise history, injuries and limitations, lifestyle, your body’s movement patterns, and what you’d like to achieve).

We will then test your strength, balance, and flexibility to design the best fitness program for you to reach these goals. We will go through each exercise together so you are prepared and confident when you practice on your own.

You will come away with a comprehensive program designed just for you, clearly outlining all the steps you need to take. We believe that by taking care of your body, you will feel better and improve the quality of your life.
